10 to 15lbs. To eat a lot of cheese ball and exercise it off. To enjoy picking out my ugly Christmas sweater in a smaller size.0

Getting down to my pre-pregnancy weight, which is about 25 pounds less then I am now(:0

No specific goal other than to be at whatever consistent day of logging in and being good. (I love the counter that tells me how may days I'm at.) Wherever that gets me, I'll be happy with it.0

I would love to lose 33lbs by Xmas.... That would make 60lbs lost since July 1 whoo hooo. I would be happy with any loss though.0

I'm aiming for 18-20lbs by Christmas if I can. It's a hard goal, with a wedding to attend next weekend and Thanksgiving the weekend after.0

If I pushed myself a lot I think I could lose 25 pounds... but knowing me I think my goal will be 15.0

I would love to lose just 14lbs
and get back to what I was June 20120 -
I would like to see 10 - 15 come off. I think it's a realistic goal, but you never know with Thanksgiving thrown in there! :drinker:0

well my goals this year were
1) Drop to atleast 90Kgs from 111Kgs (Check)
2) had to start BP medicine but no longer need it within 5 months (check)
3) go to the gym 5 days a week (check)
4) get rid of excessive love handles and gut (almost there)
5) fit into clothes from 2 decades ago (check)
6) Drop to 80Kgs (almost there)
7) Drop to 75-77Kg's maybe (depends how my body mass looks after 80)
Currently sitting at 83.5kgs and 25% BF down from 111Kgs and 40% BF on February 22nd
I've done my 27.5 Kg's in 7 months another 5 should be concievable. but more importantly get my fat % down by another 7% to 18%, that's still a work in progress.
Currently sitting at the lightest i've been in 2 decades almost fit into high school clothes now which i completed in 1990.0 -
20lb loss would be great but i'd even be happy with 10.0

To reach my goal weight. Five more pounds!
I've found I'm much more successful when I give myself plenty of time to reach a goal. That way I don't beat myself up for minor setbacks, and can listen to my body if it tells me to eat more on certain days without feeling guilty.0 -
24 lbs by Christmas or the end of the year! It will be hard because I love cooking and entertaining during the holidays. But I am pretty determined.

hopefully, 26 pounds, but the more the merrier! I wish I could lose 50, but I think that would be unrealistic, and also very damaging to me (as I have experienced from previous eating disorder "diet")0
