Not to bee too repetitive, but THIS! I tried Paleo and loved how I felt, I lost fat and inches in the month-ish I did it. However, it was not sustainable FOR ME. Everyone is different. I have a friend who has been doing it for for a while and lost over 20lbs and loves it.

I also LOVE craft beer. I budget them into my day/week. I disagree they are "empty", I light beer yes, but there are nutrients in real beer, and you do feel full after drinking them. Just limit yourself to the calories you have budgeted and keep your meal on the light side.

Actually that's exactly what paleo is ... Paleo excludes sugar, grain, and dairy. Also, OP I just want to echo the others that there are other sources of protein you can eat. Find some that work for your budget, and you never know you might find some meat on sale that will make it more budget friendly.

Lift Heavy! You will loose more fat, but you will build muscle and fill out those skinny areas (including your butt!) Squats and lunges especially will give you an awesome booty!

I agree with people telling you to eat more and go see a Dr. I have read several places including from Dr's that anything under 1500 cal is not healthy. That being said, welcome to my world. It is 90 and I have a sweater on. I have been this way my whole life, overweight and healthy.

I agree, but disagree :D I am in the same boat with bananas, love them but hate waiting for them to ripen then they are overripe. However, the most annoying fruit are oranges. They are so good, but WAY too much work! By the time I have peeled them I don't even want to eat it anymore.

THIS! Thank you for rescuing this little one from a life of misery and probably becoming mean. I have 3 big dogs (all 100% inside), volunteer with a local rescue group, and am an advocate for humane treatment of animals. There is a ton of research out there on why it is safer and healthier for dogs not to be inside. I…

Personal experience the "ifyaknowwhatimean" can make a huge difference! 1/2 lb once ...

Pack heat! I carry pepper spray with me because of a few unruly dogs that have nipped me, so maybe try that if it makes you feel safer. I used to be afraid of running in the dark, but after getting out there and realizing I am fine it doesn't bother me at all. I do seriously second carrying a cell phone though

Non handicap (perfectly capable) people using the "handicap" auto door open. I can't handle that people are really that lazy that they can't open a freaking door!

Shiloh, Chocolate Lab, almost 3.5 - thinks she is a 100lb lap dog and is completely spoiled! She will only drink running water, so when she is thirsty she goes into the bathroom and licks the bathtub faucet until we come give her a drink. This started because she is terrified of the vacuum which lives in the laundry room…
