Hmmm some good information in here. I was taught at my gym that you need to do 10-15 mins on treadmill, bike or eliptical before weights in order to warm up or you'll hurt yourself.

I have yet to try Kale chips, but I think I should, I keep hearing so much about them! I put spinach in my scrambled eggs (or egg whites) and in many other things. You can put spinach in just about anything. I also will add it into a salad.

I weigh every morning, because for me, it's a "one day at a time" kind of battle. If I maintained or went down then I know I'm doing everything right. If I went up, then it's my punishment for that cheat the day before.
