Im 5'8 currently 141 with 28.5% body fat. Shooting for 136 to get my body fat lower but I would like to be 125-130.

I was just asking about this at my gym. Get a big ball, lay on your front side with your hips resting on the ball, put your feet at the bottom of a wall for stability then raise yourself up and down with your hands behind your head. Planking is suppose to help too.

I just started three weeks ago and I was addicted to the scale but made my husband hide it from me. I think that was a healthy idea. My gym does weight ins every first Thursday of the month so Ive convinced myself that should be enough.

Thank you for posting this. Ive had two c-sections, one just last year and I currently weight 144 hoping to get to 125 but my abs (not sure if they are even there) and new body weight are giving me false hope that I will get my old body back.
