I want to join the challenge! SW: 65 kg (143) GW: 59.5 (131) Average weight loss per week: 1 lbs (0,45 kg) Working out 4-5 times a week for 60 minutes (jogging). Eat 1400 calories a day. Weigh-ins will be on Mondays. Hope I can do it! :) To all the MFPs on this challenge - keep going! :)
