  • Hello everyone I'm new to this site just started my journey here I too need to lose about 150+ ils. It was nice to see that I'm not the only one. I'm kinda of shy so I hope to jump in and get support I need to get through this and become healthy again. So I too will be here with you. Thanks for the ear. a newcomer!!!

  • wow Gary this is amazing! You have given me such great hope that I too can do this. I'm new to the site on my 2nd week and have lost 8lbs.so far in about 10 days. I wish I had found this site before. Any suggestion or help that you can give.? Would love to hear them. I have struggled for years now with the weight problems…
