hmmmm...well...just starting, but this is what I am doing..... -push ups ....just the kind where i lean into my counter top. I step out about 4 ft.and lift my body weight from there..I do about 20 3x a day. Working up to 200 a day. -leg/butt squats 20 2x a day while on computer. -walking about 2 1/2 miles a day.
