I think I'm a little late on posting my goals but I am aiming for 8kgs in 8 weeks! It is my best friend's wedding at the end of 8 weeks and would like to wear something pretty for that :)

Well done today everyone :) It is 10am here in Aus but so far so good. I really didn't want to hit the gym this morning but dragged myself out of bed and had a great workout. Hopefully I can top it off with a healthy lunch and dinner!

Hey there - love the goals you guys have come up with! If it isn't too late to join, my goals are: 1. No sugary afternoon snacks - I will aim to eat a healthy, 150-200 calorie snack every afternoon that isn't chocolate or something else naughty :) 2. At least 2 litres of water per day 3. Go to the gym 3 times per week

If you like sparkling mineral water (or have a soda stream) pour plain carbonated water over different types of fruit - frozen strawberries or pineapple are cheap, available, act like ice cubes and flavour the water. It is delicious!
