Pasta with garlic pesto and grated gouda cheese, then half of peanut-choc bar for dessert and 1/2 l water! Soo full now and I didn't even met my cal goal for the day !

BMR: 1440 TDEE: 2220 Cal goal on MFP 1640 , but I usually go over a bit ;) tried the 1200 for two weeks, not good ...

I don't care about weight , don't own a scale ;) I want to get toned , lose the ab flab, and be stronger! I have the muscles, now need to lose the fat to show them ! I wish everybody success with their goals, consistency is the key !!!

Studying, cleaning my work table, vacuuming the apartment , ... but I just did my nails to avoid snacking on chocolate (can't touch sticky stuff while the nailpolish is drying and the smell positively kills any choc cravings) so I'm drinking green tea and MFPing ;)

I study ethnology & political science at Vienna University in Austria. 25 hrs/week at school, and I have an awesome job - dance! I mainly have to watch what I eat and get some strength training, thats why I joined mfp. Add me!! need all the motivation and support ;)

I started the 30ds today (again, I tried like a month before but was out after day 4... ) It feels great after! You just have to make yourself start, then it is over in no time! ;) Anyone starting today or tomorrow....feel free to add me, we can get through the whole thing together !!
