I AM I AM!!! Got so careless with my diet the last month, there was cake everywhere... Hitting the gym tomorrow, and sunday, and teaching my classes again, got rid of almost all junk food and finishing it today. Let's do this!!!

Congrats on the successes! :) I believe I'm actually getting better... just now I was at the grocery store and even though I went with intention to buy a box of magnum ice bars... I came back with a bar of 75% dark chocolate, and ate just one square! I've been working so hard for flat stomach, I'm not going to ruin it…

Log them! It's good to see what I ate, to keep myself in check next time, and I can also kind of "plan" my not-so-healthy-but-oh-so-yummy foods by logging them in advance and then eating just that. Or going over only a little ;) Mfp has been a huge help!

If the fasting period increases fat burning, you should try to reach the 16 hours fast? Eat your cals in 8 hours and not eat the rest of the day? So for example eat between 10 - 18 and not eat after 18 ? Which is doable by the way, after you get used to it ;) Intermittent fasting. And you can move the eating period to any…

I started strength training little over 2 weeks ago, and I can definitely see a difference - everything is firmer, and I am getting stronger (can do more pushups every time ;) but as for weight loss, nothing significant yet. I'm interested what others say. Keep us updated !!

Make some popcorn on a bit of coconut oil! I now like them more than chips! Or portion your chips, and don't eat more than the portion you took out! If you eat them once a week in a small portion it is still better than every day ;)

I'm switching it up with other workouts, pilates, dance, soon I'll start running... I don't want to overdo it and die ;) It gets easier already with 3rd time! It'll take me longer to do 10 days of level 1 but I don't want to do the same things for consequent 10 days, switching it up is more fun!
