6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs 1/2 cup sugar free honey 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tbs minced garlic Mix in crock pot and chicken will shred. Taste great over plain mashed sweet potatoes!!

I love clam chowder, never had it with corn. I wonder how this would taste with unsweetened almond milk.
