Hello. Have you ever tried using at home dvds:) Actually just yesterday when I was doing my workout I was like this is like having my own personal trainer! I always enjoyed lifting but never really knew what to do. There are some great options out there!

1200 calories is a small amount. I used to think thats what i needed to eat to lose weight but actually when I increased to 1500 calories I started losing more weight. You dont want your body going into starvation mode.
