Well not having TOM really paid off. I lost 3.1 to get me back down to 192.5. Woohoo. Gonna work my butt off this week and hopefully, just maybe, make it out of the 190s.

Well Im having a hard time staying on top of everything. Dang it did my weigh in and I gained 1.1 lbs. Im now at 195.6. I know what did it but I was at least hoping for not that much of a gain. Between being busy and not getting in a workout and TOM last week went to crap lol.

Made it outside for a mile today. Daughter and I took a walk around town then walked all over park. Probably did more then a mile all together but for the actual walk it was only a mile. Tomorrow suppose to get chilly again. we will see how chilly and see if I can get another walk in, if not Ill do the exercise bike…

Im so happy for a new challenge. I fell off the wagon at the end of the valentines challenge and gained some of the weight I lost back. I only lost 2.3lbs. I have a personal weight loss goal for this challenge and that is to lose what I should of lost in the christmas and valentine's challenges. So that makes my goal 19lbs…

Weighed in this morning and Im at 193.1. Thats a loss of 2.2 lbs since last monday. Im so glad I didnt screw myself up not working out this weekend and not making the best food choices since hubby was home. Im back on track now since he is gone for another 2 weeks.

Im a stay at home mom with a 6 yr old in kindergarten and a 16 month old. I normally wait until they are asleep and then workout. So its normally between 9pm and 11pm depending how much cleaning up I have to do before I get to work out. Its what works best for me cause I am not a morning person.

I missed my weigh in this morning since Im on call. I will weigh in tomorrow. Im kinda scared to weigh since the hubby came home for only a weekend and we went out to dinner and had things that shouldnt of been ate and didnt workout. He is now gone again for 2 weeks :(. Ill get back on track now.

1/10 weigh in 195.3. I was down more Saturday but had to much junk Sunday.Oh well. At least its still a loss from last week.

SW 196.7 1/10 195.3 lost 1.4 GW 189.7 I was down further until sunday. Opps. If I wouldnt of messed up then I would have lost more. Oh well. New week and nothing planned for this weekend except maybe an outing with the hubby if he finally makes it home after 2 weeks, but no cake or cookies lol.
