Rubbish. Her profile points out that the picture isn't her, and that she prefers to remain anonymouse. How is that any more misleading than the users who put up cartoon images as profile pics, or none at all. Get a life.

I've done C25K twice - first time I overdid it and ran extra days - ended up getting sore shins and dropped out. Second time I stuck to the 3/wkly and just went for a walk on the other days if I felt like it, and made it right through with no injuries. I think the key is to stick to the plan! Good luck.

This is exactly my point though - I have had a look at the book, seems to make good sense. Most people on here are really supportive and help each other along but the poster I quoted isn't - and to be blunt, she can hardly be regarded as an expert in weight loss!!
