  • I'll be the first to say it. Eat more. You can't expect to help your metabolism by netting 1000 calories a day. Search the forums for "In Place of a Roadmap". Follow that.
  • I'm in the same boat really. I hit goal weight about a month ago and decided to read about what to do next (always a mistake - there is stuff out there saying anything!) Basically, I've upped my calories to just under TDEE and continue to eat back most of my exxercise calories - I'm continuing to lose about 1/2 lb a week.…

It also has the same allowance for my BF. Unless you're drinking plenty, too much calcium will either not be absorbed, or predispose you to kidney stones! If you…
  • I'm in :)
  • Don't be scared of these kind of carbs - fruit and veg have lots of the vitamins and minerals you need to stay healthy. Also, you need some carbohydrates to keep your body going. It sounds like you're not eating processed carbs, so keep going!
  • Once a week is what is recommended. Too often and you'll drive yourself insane and it's probably not accurate. It's true that you can fluctuate by around 2lbs throughout the day. The best time is when you've just woken up. Sometimes it can be better to just hide the scales!
