ALFAJORES!!! a friend of mine introduces me to those....that is CRACK in a cookie....that would definately set me off. Whatever state you live in KEEP THEM THERE....LOL but to answer the thread question....anything patrylike, bakery items....those will set me off to place of no return. So i just avoid at all costs.

Believe or not..everytime you eat it turns on the lightswitch to your metabolism....NOW what you eat is a whole different story...if you eat things that will turn into energy and not fat then you are on the right track...Eat smart, lean and clean if and when possible. It's all common sense.....a slice of cake every 3 hours…

As stated in another post it's probably from all of the sodium from the holiday weekend.... Drink LOTS of water and just get back to your routine that works for you...in time you'll bounce back. Start taking measurements as well...don't rely 100% on the scale...it can really ruin your day if you let it...TRUST ME BEEN…

Guarentee it's all sodium weight gain...drink tons of water and just go back to your routine...it will go back to normal in a matter of days... Don't depend too much on the scale as it can really make ones day SUCK! Try measuring...that is a great way too to keep on track.. Best of luck!

Agree all fruits and veggies are highly encouraged during weightloss as long as you log. I heard (i reapeat "HEARD") that pinapple and grapefruit are great for fat burning. Again this is all hear-say ...Best of Luck!

I have the polar where my husband has the garmin....it's all depends on what you are using it for. I use it to keep my heart rate in check...since i have High Blood pressure. My husband uses the Garmin because of the GPS function since he rides road bikes. They are not cheap so do your research and find the one that suits…
