As "KKDelduca" stated...i can tell when i've not had enough water or protein....it seems to wake up the snacking beast in me ESPECIALLY around TOM. AVOID! Leave that for the bridal suite before the reception ....sneak away for a few minutes of alone time in the midst of the chaos. It could make guests uncomfortable....if there is a honeymoon then there is MORE than enough time for ALL that. Congrats!

I follow the WW principals and log everything in MFP.....i don't attend meetings nor go to the WW website...i use MFP as my diary.
