Hi :smile: I am 26 , calorie goal is 1200, and trying to be more active aiming for 30 mins 4x a week. I log in daily and i am honest . My food diary is open and i love to have more friends here. I just joined MFP but i love it. Its a great support system!

i just tried it for the first time today. I loved it! it was easy to follow and you sweat a lot! I also have 10 min trainer and i love it! i like workouts that are timed and do HIIT.

like some of you said, i am also scared of someone chasing me and not being able to outrun them to get to help. I want to know that i got a chance if something bad where to happen..right now i know i dont stand a chance..i guess to much NCIS.

The only thing that can help curve food cravings is brushing your teeth. I also heard that if you walk for 10 mins or drink a glass a water it should help reduce the cravings. For me, at least at home brushing my teeth helps discourage me from eating bad stuff and at work its chewing mint gum + glass of water.
