I do the sweat version of Just Dance 2 but I am also thinking about getting Zumba. I have total fun with it!! My daughter does it with me. It works me HARD!!

Depending on how many calories you have stick in some fruit greek yogurt on the side. That's pretty good too.

Have a breakfast sandwich. Have a toasted sandwich thin with 3 turkey sausage patties and a slice of WW american cheese. High protein (19g), filling, low cal (270 cal), and yummy too!! If you want butter on it then get the spray butter because there isnt any calories, fat, or anything in it.
