I agree with planning and exercising. I work three jobs so run-down is par for the course, but that TOTM is even worse. But exercising really will make you feel better. Check your fiber intake. I always get all the fiber I'm supposed to in a day (20-30 g), but when I did the Daniel Diet (where you eat nothing but veggies and whole grains), my fiber intake went up to around 50 grams and I was in so much pain!
