I have this problem as well. During the week I am pretty much spot on with my calories, but when it comes to the weekend I like to drink, go out to eat, hang out with friends, etc. It makes it harder on the weekends when everyone else is doing bad too! I am going to start trying to "bank" my exercise calories for the week.…
