I'm not as tight with the 12-1300 . I am a little wider at the 12-1500/day. Mentally I know that 1200 is my limit - but if there are days where I am truly truly HUNGRY (not snacky) - but HUNGRY - it's ok to make sure I feel full. Recently I've started experimenting with a lot of crock pot recipes too. If dinner is ready…

We are about similar in height and weight - but I've got 10 years on you clocking in at 32 lol. While your goal is truly truly truly unrealistic/unhealthy - it doesn't hurt to aim high. My current goal is to be down to 160 by Christmas Eve (my current weight is 172). That's a little over a pound a week until then. You are…

I made this the other night - it was amazing! Thanks for the recommendation!

I did crockpot cheeseburgers last night - holy crap they were awesome!!! 1.5 pounds ground beef (93/7) Sea Salt (to taste) Black Pepper (to taste) Garlic Powder (to taste) Ritz crackers (about 8) (crushed up into bread crumbs) 2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped) 4 TBSP 2% Milk 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese (I couldn't find any light…

Ok friends - 32 here (ouch - I don't like saying that number) - need to lose around 50 pounds total. Short term goal is 20 pounds (I want to get to 150ish). I would love to be able to do that by December 31st. That is going to take some real buckling down - but I sure as heck am aiming for it (Yes - even with holidays…

I try to stay between 1200 - 1500 calories each day. I don't eat back any "exercise" calories. Feel free to add me. I have an open diary to my friends (might even be open to the public - i'm not sure). I don't work out anywhere near like I used to - but I am hoping to find some motivation to get back on track with that.

When I go to the salad bar at the grocery store...I get the tray with three compartments...I put a healthy salad in the big part - but put crappy pre-made salads (seafood salad) and other dumbness into the 2 corner parts.............I only count the healthy salad. I've had to stop going to the salad bar at the grocery…

Hello all! I am a mom of 3 kids, I have Crohns disease and I work full time. Quick food is my favorite - but healthy quick food is harder to do! Trying to find what I can and can't eat is even harder with what I can handle because of my Crohns . Might not bother me 1 day - but the next day - I can't eat it. UGH! I am 14…

TRUST ME! I've been there - hell I feel like I'm still there half the time. It really is truly mind over matter and it is SOOOOOOO much easier said than done. don't give up - keep pushing forward. It won't all happen at one time - you mess up? Start over immediately - don't use it as an excuse to keep binging. YOU CAN DO…

You can still go out to eat - just eat better - choose carefully what you order and pass on the appetizers. Staying in with chocolate and wine? No problem! Moderation is key. Don't keep "extra" in the house. Wine is a little different - but pour yourself a glass and put the bottle away!! Or if you're like me - pour the…

I'm am 100% in on this. Ironically enough - about half an hour ago - I was in the bathroom at work - looked at myself in the mirror and said that I wanted to lose 10 pounds by October 1st. I know it's very doable. I just need to stay motivated to get it done!
-
Oh my goodness! This is me - written all over - everyone here that is struggling - we all feel each others pain! I'm actually slightly blown away - knowing how many people are dealing with the SAME thing! Positive energy! Positive thoughts! We can all get through this and get it done!
-
Keep going! Awesome Awesome job! While that is NOT a small accomplishment - it's a HUGE accomplishment! You can reach your goal. Never give up! #smallthingsarebigthings

Holy crap - I want to do that!

Likewise! I really need some Accountabilibuddies!! Even if it's just to send me a message and say "Hey - get your *kitten* moving!" - "Did you log that?!" Ect.

I'm 31 - mom of 5 kids - Always need motivating friends! Feel free to add me! We can do this together! :) Smile - you're not alone :)

Cut yourself a small slice and either throw away the rest or get rid of it however you want. You know what you are allowed to have. This is when real will power comes in to play. You need to say "JUST FOR TODAY" - "Just for today I will have self control and allow myself to have something I am craving but I will NOT take…

JFT - 05/20/16 - I will work out for a minimum of 30 minutes tonight regardless of how let I get home from the day and I will NOT have any SWEETS (candy, cookies, ect) again today.
-
Success!! Yay!!!
-
Afraid of maintenance - once I get to where I want to be - what if I can't keep it up? What if I give up - again?
-
JFT - 05/19/16 - I will not have any SWEETS (candy, cookies, ect) *****I completely overdid it late last night - for NO reason. I wasn't hungry - I don't think I really even wanted it. I was half asleep letting the dogs out before bed - it stared me in the face - and in my mouth it went. So disappointed in my lack of will…

As with everything - give it time. Do your absolute best and you will see great results. Key? Log EVERYTHING. Be very conscious of what you are putting in your mouth. Have you figured out what your caloric deficit should be? Set your daily goals reasonable and just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
