Yeah, I actually looked at the bars when I was at the store thinking it'd be a good boost on the way home. The lowest one I could find had 21 grams of sugar! Yeeeeks. This. I had three slices of amazing steak and bacon pizza last night because I wanted it-- but I held myself accountable and logged it and I'm eating super healthy this morning to get back on track. :) I can't do the carrot on a stick gig long.

I changed all of my low-fat items/diet foods to the real thing-- that helped a lot. On top of it, more protein powders, avacados, chicken breast (I was only eating Tuna before,) wraps and good cheeses like Feta and Provolone. I've gone over my fats most days, but it's still a work in progress. :)
