I take GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Sport. I like that one. However, my husband was using the Men's version, but had to stop because it interfered with his BP medication. The doctor recommended he just take your basic multivitamin like Centrum.

Weighing yourself after you exercise can through things off. You may lose weight due to de-hydration some days and others not. I would suggest weighing yourself first thing in the morning instead.

My nutritionist recommended that I get in at least 25g. I adjust my settings for this. Definitely up it slowly though, you do not want those consequences...:noway:

Congrats! I've done the mini myself and I know how much of an accomplishment it is. I havent done it for years, but I hope to do it again one day. You are now in an elite group of people. Less than 1 percent of all the people in the world have done what you just did. :flowerforyou:

Truvia is my number one choice, but I do like Splenda and Stevia in the raw. I can't seem to find Truvia anywhere, but in the store when I buy it myself. I wish more restaurants had it available. :grumble:

A shoe can be the best most expensive shoe in the world, but if it doesnt match your feet it can do more harm than good. Honestly I…

Meijer had all kinds of whey protein. They sell a line from bodylogix.com and some from Designer Whey. Both can be researched online if you are interested in reviews.

My doctor had me do a DEXA scan that determined my ideal weight based upon my own dimensions and it put me at an ideal weight that would have me be considered overweight if not obese by BMI standards.

I love my Wii Fit. It gives you alot of variety for exercise. It keeps track of your fitness level and you can even weigh yourself.

I am pretty lucky to have a workout facility at my work so I work out at lunch time. I can only get in about 45 min, but I make up the rest throughout the day.

After giving blood I was told not to exercise and to drink plenty of fluids that day. That means I think that even yoga is out...sorry.

Suprisingly enough McD's salads with grilled chicken (or no meat at all) are not to terrible on the calories if you have to eat fast food, but if you have trader joes they have wonderful pre-made meals.

I weigh most things the way I eat them. Hot cooked, fresh/cold raw. Check the label sometimes it has a different weight or serving size based upon cooked or from the package.

When I was pregnant my doctor actually suggested going on a weight watchers type diet. She wasn't as concerned about me losing as much as she wanted me to maintain an even weight.:flowerforyou:

The weight didn't get on fast and its not going to come off fast.

My husband actually does a lot of the cooking, but what helps me is simply portion control and letting him take his serving first. If all else fails I have bags of salad on hand at all times.

I never like it when it says in that cheerful voice "that's obese". Congratulations. We love out Wii Fit.
