I wouldn't use castor oil. It is too thick and greasy even tough it is great for thickening hair. Try coconut, olive, sweet almond or jojoba oil. You can also add a few drops of rosemary essential oil.

Hi! I would like to lose 10 lbs this month. I am 153 lbs and would love tol ose a total of 20 lbs. I started my journey in January but instead of losing, I have gained 3 lbs. I think that a challenge will give me the push that I need.

You sound like me. I'm 5'9" 153 lbs and I have been working my butt off and eating right for the last 5 weeks. Instead of losing, I have gained 3 lbs (I was 150 when I started). I am frustrated but I know that I have to keep going.
