I used to search success stories in the forums. It really helped me in the beginning. It took me almost a year and a half to lose 50 pounds. Sometimes, when I compared myself to other people, it seemed too slow. But I did what I had to do to make sure I could stick to this long term. Focus on the end game, you'll be there…

Pre injury I was up to: Bench-100 Deadlift-150 Squat-140 OHP-70 I'm almost back there now. And just for clarity purposes, the injury was not caused from lifting. It was due to me being a complete klutz. I think I recovered faster because I lift.

QFT You are much more likely to stick this out long term if you make small changes stick over time.

If you're not seeing any changes, I would look at calorie intake first.
