I sometimes have to force myself to workout especially when I am tired. The amazing thing is that after I workout, I have more energy than before! You may want to try that.

I just started the standard process cleanse with my mom. I am going to try and do it for 10 days although you only take pills before the meals for the first 7 days. So if I am understanding correctly...you continue the fruits and veggies and protein shakes for 3 more days! I can that! It is twice as many veges as fruits…

Yes its been happening to me for quite a few weeks! I just upped my protein and hope it will keep going away...also exercise too! Then I decided to do atkins and I am going to try that for a couple weeks.!

make them using canned pumpkin for the eggs and oil and you will never taste the pumpkin in them! My kids and I love them! Still add the water though! Good luck!
