I have used a diet coke with crushed pineapples, sparely brown sugar, but since we watching what we eat try it with honey

I was busy today skip breakfast, I know I shouldn't skip this meal. I did 750 Cal., 5 Carbs., 1 Protein, 1 Fiber, and 4 sugar which came from lettuce and the ranch dressing that I had for my salad. So I thought I had done pretty good. I was 450 cal below my 1200 cal.:wink:

I am in also. I haven't lost any weight since March. Have been at a stand still. So maybe this will help get another jump start.
