The sodium in a sandwich from Subway or Mr Goodcents is insane.

Just a few sites. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/main.html http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workout/exercise.html You can follow the plans to the letter if you want but I just kind of cherry picked stuff and made my own routine on a 4 day split with what I found to be most effective and fun.

Stronger back/shoulders will absolutely help you increase the weights on your bench.

Strength training on here is just simply to track reps, sets and weights. Log it under cardio to get your calories burned added.

Thread should have just been locked at this point.

I've heard a false rumor that 1200 cats weigh more than 1200 small dogs. Bottom line is if you lose 5lb of cat it's the same as losing 5lb of dog, it just that the cat is more dense.

could have ended the thread with this comment, it about sums up what needed to be said

I hope that was sarcasm.

I don't notice any fishy taste or burping from NOW branch fish oil. http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Ultra-Soft-gels-180-Count/dp/B000SE5SY6 Optimum Nutrition makes a decent one too but the NOW branch has more EPA/DHA per serving from what I've found.

Sure, you can absolutely do that. Or you can use supplements. To each their own. If people choose the supplement approach that doesn't make it wrong and you shouldn't be "frustrated" by it. You chose your path, let others handle theirs.

You need an intake of good fat in order to lose fat. It's possible that the omega-3 fatty acids actually do boost fat loss. It's no miracle pill that will start shredding fat off you, but it can be used to help move things along.

I did P90X and it shed a bunch of my initial fat/weight. I started lifting heavy with smaller doses of cardio about a year ago. Haven't looked back since.

Amazed this thread hasn't gotten out of control yet. That said, too good to pass up posting in.

Posting in this so it's on my profile and I can come back later, this sounds amazing

Great job!!!

Muscle Pharm Combat protein powder has a bunch of different types of protein and it can help keep you full. ON's Pro Complex is similar. I only use protein shakes to meet my protein requirements though, not sure if this would work strictly for losing weight. That may be more of a meal replacement shake you need as some of…

You're probably taking in more liquid just drinking water, at least that's what I would assume if you're noticing significant bloating. The bloating and possible weight gain is just water retention and it can be a good thing, it will help deliver nutrients through your body to recover from workouts. Also the peeing gets…

There's absolutely nothing wrong with corn. EDIT: Also corn is technically a fruit, a vegetable and a whole grain.

Amazing job!!!

Thanks I'll look into some place like REI. I have heard a ton of positive things about hyperdunks. We play in our old grade school's gym at night so it's indoor, the floor is a hard rubber surface.

Transformers. All of them, but especially that second one. Ruined my inner child. Damn you Michael Bay!

Huh, so I've been doing this wrong the whole time. Guess I should start starving myself.
