First I've ever seen this, I love it.

This is the most important factor. If you like the muscle you're gaining don't worry about a cut. I only consider a cut when I feel like my bulk phase has started to add a little more body fat than I like.

It's probably already been brought up but the title of this made me think of the dozens of Never Nudes

I'm not one who likes or pursues any forms of confrontation but something like this is where if I was witnessing it I would absolutely say something. I will never understand people who build their self worth by putting down others'.

Hunger strike

I can definitely see where it may be a little intimidating but once you get the hang of the concept you'll definitely love it.

I do, especially right after a workout. I've noticed my appetite tends to trend along with my mood at times. Like if I'm super stressed with work I don't typically seem to be quite as hungry. Personally even on days/weeks like that I try to keep the calories and macros as close to normal as possible. That's where stuff…

Thanks for sharing, I'll try the LIFE and Zero apps out!

Do you drink coffee or green/black tea? If not maybe look into dandelion extract. Any of these diuretics will help cut down on some water weight if you feel bloated at all. That said keep the water intake up, it's better to carry a little water weight to help repair your body than dehydrate it just to lose a few pounds.
-
Unless you're worried about sodium intake in particular I don't think I would stress over it.

Meal replacement shakes (but not actually replacing a meal) could be a decent option if you're not noticing any gains. Having protein shakes on days when you aren't doing strength work and on strength days may help too just to keep that protein intake higher. If you don't mind having two types you could do whey protein…

Knee supports as Silky mentioned were huge for me in stopping this. Especially as I was going heavier. I noticed that slightly adjusting my foot position a little more so the toes pointed a little more out to the side helped too but that's more of a YMMV since each body is different.

1stPhorm has a chocolate mint that tastes like those girl scout thin mint cookies. My cheaper option I go with is ON Whey extreme milk chocolate.

Are you doing pullups? You could try adding in something like some close grip bench presses to focus on your triceps after your regular bench.

It's not syncing with the Fitbit app or it's not syncing with MyFitnessPal? Not syncing with Fitbit app: Sometimes I will need to remove my Charge 2 from the devices on the app and pair it back up again. Not syncing with MFP: Remove Fitbit from the MFP app and add it back.

Just my two cents but I really don't agree with the fact that form is overstated. I've seen guys throwing 40lb dumbbells for curls. That's cool and all they have a good heavy weight going but when they aren't putting the focus on the bicep they're asking for an injury and possibly not maximizing the muscle tear/repair. I…

I have done 16:8 for a few years now. Honestly I've always been barely hungry in the mornings so it just makes sense. A cup of coffee and about half a gallon of water are all I need before I workout around noon, workout and break the fast.

I have a left wrist that's had four surgeries so I prefer a little variation on the grip, honestly I find it a little more secure overall after switching to it too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5GaxSYLCSc&t=2s

Long week finally at an end! So ready to have a few drinks tonight and sleep in tomorrow!

I struggled switching from drinking a ridiculous amount of Diet Coke over to water. It's still a work in progress but I'm at about 100 ounces of water a day. I just keep a 24oz cup of it at my desk all day and can typically get in 3 or 4 fills. Then with that on top of my pre workout, etc I wind up with close to a gallon…

Getting a desk job was the beginning but overall it was just my 20s = beer, video games, more beer, bad food and beer.

I'm not on the "anti diet soda" bandwagon so I'll do something like a higher shelf vodka and Sprite Zero or Diet Cherry Coke at times. I honestly don't mind Michelob Ultra if I'm doing beer, I just don't have a ton of them.

This was going to be what I was going to say too. It's not guaranteed to be the issue but it's definitely something to consider.

I typically workout best fasted. Typical routine: Stop eating around 8-9pm, only black coffee and water the next morning Take preworkout and head to gym for lifting at lunch, so about 12-1pm Take protein shake after workout breaking the fast and then eat something for lunch After work go to the gym for a cardio session…

Honestly anything that allows you to do the heaviest weight (shoot for maybe 2-3 sets of 4-6 reps) with good form is going to help you build strength. Some machines work better than others for different people, for example my body seems to hate the hack squat machine so I do barbell squats instead. Others it's the…

This is awesome, you have a lot to be proud of. Looking great!

If I was guessing I would say it could be water retention. Either way it's too small a sample size.
