Because of the very quick 1/2 life on Armour - I always avoided taking my dose right before a blood test. I felt my results were scewed high. Check with your doc and/or Armour.

I'm really restricting my sugars so I crave sugar anything. I find when I eat a meal that is high in carbs (pasta) the sugar craving is really really bad. I wanted a mint last night - I have never liked mints but would have eaten a package of them last night if they had been in the house. LOL

+20 years with Hypothroid. When levels are incorrect I gain 1-2 pounds a week but never seem to loose them. I'm hoping I can exercise and diet to better health lower blood pressure and lower sugar levels before additional meds become necessary.
