I keep a candy in my mouth cause my throat dries out also . mouth breathing is hard on your airways I would get it checked out also you don't want cotton mouth ( chronic dry throat and mouth)

I am not LB but I am night vision challenged . During the winter I cant run outside it gets to dark in the evening . I run on the treadmill listening to an audiobook it makes it not as boring .I would just make sure I hold the rails until you get your cadence up

I have seen many bike riders in my day ( most) are not petite of frame this made me lol questions to ask your self before you log it lol did you gain weight in the time since you have had the bike?? same as logging house work most of us got fat while doing that sooooo !!!!! ride and enjoy but I wouldn't be eating those…

Yoga with the LO is awesome let them each chose a pose learn them and when out side playing holler tree pose ( or what ever they chose) kind of like red light green light

You have more control than me . I am thinking I would have accidently kicked them in the *kitten* :grumble: I have two teen boys and if I ever caught or heard of them talking like that to ANY one they would not see the light of day after school was finished for quite some time.

:laugh: I wear sports bra and compression top and compression pants either in capris or Full length ( I am short so regular capris fit me like long pants :)

I always walk before I eat that way If I am in the grove I don't have to hurry back to work I tend to eat on my 15 min breaks and enjoy my outside time on my hour lunch. I find I HAVE to get out of the building ( not liking my job much lately)
