after my 5 min warm up I pause the program and do stretching for my hip flexors calves groins and hamstrings then I start the program again and do the running and then stretch really well after I am done look up yoga for runners this really helps :ohwell:

heal striking improper foot wear = pain in lower legs hip flexors are probably tight you need to stretch your whole body out after running look up yoga for runners on you tube it saved me

I also rinse ground beef after its cooked before I add to casseroles and soups stews sauces I usually count it as lean ground

If y ou are going to take the fitbit plung get the one the step count is more reliable The flex gives extra steps when you sit and wave your arm and YES I love my fitbit

I usualy boil 8 and keep them in the fridge in the shell I eat 2 a day so 4-5 days is good I wouldn't leave it more than that.

If I exercise later at night anything after 8 pm I cant sleep worth a dang

any antihistamine should work and put the oatmeal in a nylon as the otherposter said so it doesn't cake hard in the drains when it dries you will get quit the pluming mess eventually

(http://swimsense.finisinc.com/swimsenselog/index) you can log your swims to RunKeeper and sync them to Fitbit with SyncMetrics (http://www.syncmetrics.com) Not sure about HR though in another post I found on the site someone said it was good till 1 meter…

I have my fitbit linked with mfp that being said I eat what fitbit tells me to eat on my slower days and if I exercise I eat half of them back basically read threw the site ask questions on the fitbit boards were the mods are they are a great help

I live in the country and run with the wildlife ( 4 legs and 2 legs lol) It has to be green and lots of birds and critters to look at or I am bored :tongue:

my two dogs crawl all over me when I start yoga on the mat 10 min of ear rubs and belly scritches ( for each) and then they lay off to the side for a few min and come back for more. If I am getting ready to go running they are dragging the leashes around trying to give them to me :) love my furbabies
