Im with you on that one.. I think May 1 will be a big day for me.. Time to really stop everything and take a look at what Im doing wrong. Hopefully by the end of July (my 27th birthday) I will have made significant changes! Why not start today. Don't wait till may 1st you could be playing with extra pounds to lose bye then

Oh I have finished the c25k lol im just slow My hubby drops me off at certain points during the drive home and I run If I get home I don't like to go back out lol today was 2.73 km in 30min still slow but I keep pluggin away at it :grumble:

I get 13,000 at work( cleaner) and5,000 after work (running) Now if I could control my food I would actually lose weight

Im slow like turtle slow lol I walk at 2.8 and run at 3.2 BUT I can now run 60 min which netsme5 km (3.1 m) lol slow but moving

I run all my races alone :( BUT on the + side I go at MY pace no waiting no trying to catch up put the tunes on and go :) when you get there let them know that its your first race they are SO supportive GO for it you will be hooked

just remember to slow down is it hard yup but slow is the best way to get threw this 20 min run TRUST me

When I run I use the stop watch function so it knows I am running I also set my stride because I am short and their stride was off for me If you travel bumpy roads with lots of hills I log the time I was in the car and fitbit adjusts my steps and stairs and mileage to what it should be ( I get lots of stairs when I drive…

I am at a loss for words just wow!!! I have been struggling the last 6 months ty for this I just might be back on track :)

Just my job alone nets me 13,000 steps in the evening I aim for another 4-5 k between running and house work NOW if I could control what I am eating I would lose more weight lol

yes to the nose and yes to the mucus in the throat and the coughing I take my inhalers before run and have a candy in mouth and an antihistamine daily when the snow starts melting lol

fit bit hides really well on your bra and will be coming out with a wrist one in may
