  • I'm gonna agree on Zumba! I normally burn at least 500 calories though with most of my (cardio) workouts. Just remember that the more you move your body, the more calories you burn. That being said, you can take most cardio workouts and burn 500+ calories if you want, just depends on how much you put into it.
  • I'm 27 and I've been on and off BC for years. The only thing I've noticed is that when I'm off I lose weight, when I'm on I gain weight. Like someone said above, it will effect everyone differently.
  • I finally got my DVDs in the mail and they (seem to be) legit! Everything works and looks fine as if I had purchased it from BeachBody. com. I'd definitely purchase from them again.
  • Yea I know it's possible. I almost won it on ebay for super cheap but someone outbid me during like the last 20 seconds. I didnt have the patience to wait for another one. My main concern was just that website that I ordered it from.
  • Well I'm hoping for the best. It was kinda suspicious that the item "shipped" a couple of hours after I ordered it. I guess I'll know for sure in a few days. Thanks for your input.
