Agree. The ol' calories in vs. calories out method works every time. I've done Paleo and it wasn't for me. That being said, to each their own. Do what works best for you!

I eat a hard-boiled egg and a piece of fruit every morning and find it wards off hunger pangs. I agree......I definitely don't weigh myself everyday. You're weight fluctuates on a daily basis. It's not accurate. I do once a week.
