  • Just finished level 3 yesterday. I'm planning to start Ripped in 30 tomorrow! I lost several pounds and inches with the 30DS and I'm so happy that I did it!
  • My husband is doing the 30DS with me. We do the video everyday as soon as he gets home from work and we are on Level 3. He loves it and is seeing his 6 pack come back!
  • I don't purposely have a cheat day, but I usually end up not counting calories on Saturday. I don't really limit my calories, but I sort of try to be good. My downfall on the weekend is alcohol! Today I will probably consume 2500 calories before the day is done...
  • I want people to say "wow, she's cute!" Yep, it may be vain, but I'm 36 and that's what I want. I also want to love everything that I try on and not hate walking by a mirror (I'm getting there). I want my sons and husband to know that I'm happy with who I am, so that they can be happy with who they are. I want to live past…
  • Keep it up!! I finished Level 2 yesterday and started Level 3 today and though it's very tough, it's a great feeling to finish one level and move onto another! By the end of Level 2 you will be blowing through the moves!

  • My husband is the best! I'm 5'2" and even when I was 213 pounds he still wanted me like we were newly dating. He never said anything about my weight, but he has been completely supportive about my lifestyle change and my weight loss. When I started dieting he ate whatever I cooked and didn't expect me to cook something…
  • I do 60 minutes of cardio 5 days/week in addition to the 30 Day Shred. It sounds like a lot, but as a stay-at-home-mom our morning routine is to go to the gym (they have a great playroom/childcare for the kids) and I get my "me" time. My husband and I then do the 30DS workout when he gets home from work.
  • I'm currently on day 4 of level 2. It's interesting because I am not out-of-breath as much as I was on level 1, but I'm dripping more sweat and I think the moves are more complex. The 20 minutes seems to go much faster for me on level 2 than it did on level 1. I am seeing a difference in my abs (they are tighter) and can't…

  • I drink 4-5 days/week and have managed to lose 70 pounds (13 more to go!). As long as I log my calories I'm fine. I love white wine, but try to not drink it as often as 1 glass turns into 4 for me - it just goes down too smooth =) Having a drink or two (or more socially) is my way of unwinding and it's something that I…
  • This post just gets me more excited for my trip to Vegas in August!! We try to make it there every year or so - 4 glorious days with my hubby away from our kids! We always stay down on Fremont Street as it's more our style - you get more for your money. Plus, our favorite casino, Mermaids, is downtown. We are staying at the…
  • I almost never go over my calories, but tonight the Disaronno is going to put me over. Other nights I indugle in wine, though I stay in my calorie range.
  • I'm going to have my diamond rings resized!
  • Today is day 4 for me. My husband does the workout with me as soon as he gets home from work and it's nice having him motivate me. The first 3 days I was so sore, but today my body is feeling better. Now I'm just looking forward to seeing results!
  • Tomorrow will be day 4 of level 1 for me. The first 3 days were killer, but I'm going to stick with it as I want to see results! If it's not too late I'd love to be added to the group.
  • If I had 200 calories left I'd have a 100 calorie or less alcoholic drink with a 100 calorie snack =)
  • I'm in Lincoln (actually Roca, which is just South of Lincoln).
  • I loved the 17 Day Diet! I lost 35 pounds on it and never felt like I was depriving myself. Some of the recipes in the book are really good, too.
  • With a tbsp of honey and a splash of vanilla almond milk.
  • Wow! You are an inspiration!!!!! I'm trying to get to my goal weight so that I can look great in a bikini, too, for our trip to Vegas this summer. You look amazing!
  • I've decided that I'm going to cut back on the cocktails as I REALLY want to get the last 15 pounds off! I thought maybe limiting alcohol to weekends, or only one weekend day.
  • I have SOOOO much respect for all of you! I stay home full-time and have an awesome gym that has great child care so I workout every morning. But I have a friend who owns a veterinary clinic and gets up every morning at 4am so she can get to the gym before her kids get up.My hat is off to all of you for getting up before…
  • I drink all hot tea with milk. Nowadays I drink green tea with splenda and a tbsp of almond milk. I don't think that little amount can affect the green tea nutritionally, but I like the subtle flavor. I just like the taste...
  • Finally someone after my own heart! I wouldn't say that I need to cut down on cocktails to slim down, but I do think that I need to cut down on cocktails and that it may help a little. I have 15 more pounds to lose and I can stay within my calories with food each day, but I do love to have a drink or three several…
  • Feel free to add me! I have 3 and 5 year old sons and am a stay-at-home-mom. I'm fairly new to MFP and so far love it!
  • I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 130. I'm currently 145. My highest weight was 213 and the lowest I remember being is 132 when I was a junior in high school! I'm 36 so it's been a LONG time since I've been in the 130's.
  • Hi, I'm 36, 5'2" and have 17 more pounds to lose. I just recently joined MFP and in the past year and a half I've lost 40 pounds. I am a stay-at-home-mom and have 3 and 5 year old boys. My goal is to look good in a bikini this summer! I'll send you a request.
  • Holy cow!! You look amazing!! Great job - you are truly an inspiration!
  • And I have a VERY clean and healthy diet and I don't eat processed foods. FRUSTRATING!
  • It almost seems impossible at this point. I stay within my calories and exercise 5 days/week and still I can't seem to get below 147 pounds. My goal is 130, which seems reasonable for my 5'2" height, but I just don't know what else to do. I will admit that I have lost 3 pounds since I recently started mfp and eating back…
