I walk and climb stairs during my morning and afternoon breaks, and then I walk 2 miles at lunch. I work in a 9-story building and this month my department is doing a stair challenge - I currently have 274 flights of stairs for February!

I did the 17 DD 5 years go and lost 75 pounds. Kept it all off until a year ago and I've gained 30 pounds back. Going to start the 17 DD again starting next week.

I am 5'2" and started at 213 pounds. I am now 138 and would like to get down to 130, though these last 8 pounds seem near impossible! My body might be comfortable where it is, but I keep trying!

Last night we had healthy eggplant parmesan from the 17 Day Diet book. Baked and dipped the eggplant in egg whites instead of breadcrumbs. Luckily my kids will eat it, too! Tonight we are having Spicy Asian Lettuce Wraps from Cooking Light!

Passover sucks! I was raised Catholic and though I converted to Judaism 10 years ago I still have a hard time adjusting. I tend to not count calories during Passover and I hate limiting my boys.

My mother-in-law can't cook pasta from the directions on the box (she cooks NOTHING) and my mom has passed away. Eat whatever deliciousness your mother-in-law cooks for you and repent for a few days later!!

Chocolate and really anything sweet. You can put cakes, candy, chocolate, etc in front of me and I'll never eat it. Now chips, on the other hand, are a different story!

My measurements are mostly the same as they have been for the past 4 weeks, except that my waist has gone up 1/2". I've opened my food diary so you can see how I eat. Pinot grigio is my favorite! On a bad (or good - LOL) night I'll easily drink a bottle. Tonight, though, I'm having grapefruit vodka and diet sprite - YUM! I've lost 75 pounds while still drinking and I don't plan to give up now!

I'm also 5'2 and 138 pounds. I have always had a smaller waist and bigger hips and thighs. My waist is 27.5". I also have a big lower tummy from my 2 c-sections.

I just did Day 1 of Level 1 of Ripped in 30 today. Finished 30DS on Tuesday. Today seemed easy to me and I'm hoping that it gets harder. But I love Jillian's workouts.
