i know exactly how you feel! i started C25k 7weeks ago, and my shins would ache and my feet would fall asleep. this went on for weeks, but i had to use a less bulky in sole and not wear long socks. the socks were cutting off circulation to my feet and legs. the in sole was taking up too much room in my $100 running shoes.…

I did Week 5 Day 1 this morning...LOVING IT!! I have been amazed with myself as the month has passed. I have gotten two of my co workers and my boyfriend involved too! My 5k is Nov 13 and I have another on Nov 20! Good Running!

ok, but this was sad...the site didn't have anyone that was 5'5", 190lbs, wearing a size 14 pants and Large top, and have an hourglass shape!!! That's ok! i know i exist and most of my family is the same way! We just thick with it and with this site the inches are melting away, baby!!!!

My shoes are practically brand new. I got them a while back and haven't used them really. I even bought in soles for them. I am just going to get more hydrated, stop by shoe store and get these dawgs analyzed, and keep running! Thanks ya'll!

hey i started C25k last week, i love it love it! just make sure u take five minutes to stretch before running. happy wogging(walking/jogging)!!!!

maybe you are converting your fat to muscle depending on how much you have to lose. i have the problem of losing two or three then i weigh more than i started with in a week. thats the answer i got when i asked about it, so maybe that helps.

this website has been the best thing for me. i was amazed at how many calories i would consume. i really was an overeater, but blamed it on the oversized portions, but had no discipline in my nasty lil body! mfp has helped me overcome this! WELCOME!
