I'm always looking for new breakfast recipes that I can grab and eat on the way to work. I usually end up with baked oatmeal or cheese and crackers. Also, recipes that are quick to make for dinner or can be made ahead of time It's so easy to grab the wrong things when I get home late and am hungry.

I work out with a trainer twice a week and would like to continue doing half hour of cardio a minimum of 4 times per week. I would really like to lose 7 lbs by the new year. I will then be at the lowest weight I've seen in my post college adult life. It would be a great gift to give myself.
