Soda - It's not that I would never drink it again, but not on a regular basis. It just seems not beneficial to my goals. I gave up peanut butter for several months as it was my biggest trigger food. I'm quite pleased to say that I now have it back in the house and am completely capable of using it in moderation.

Pull out the clothes. You'll definitely feel better. I had some "cute" clothes (non-work) that I've recently pulled out of the closet and I enjoyed rockin' them this weekend!

Once a week. However, that sometimes flexes a little. If I know I'm going to be out of town, I'll weigh before I leave a few days early. So it may be 5 days between weigh in one week and 9 days the next.

I'll have to have a new wardrobe to be bought over time, but it's going to include some clothes from Victoria's Secret, Ann Taylor, The Loft, Talbots, etc. I covet cute and classy clothes.

I hate getting phone calls at the gym, but I'm on call 24/7. Keep it short and sweet and find out if it is an emergency before really interrupting my workout. I like being able to go to the gym and would hate for a ban to be an excuse that I cannot.

I had been doing strength training for several years and thought my once extremely weak ankle was invincible. I was in Florida with a friend and turned it to the point that I thought it may be broken while sitting down into a lounge chair. I realized that they may be stronger, but I still needed to lose the weight.

There are days that working out ends up in a migraine, especially if I'm already on the edge of getting one. One thing I've discovered is to be conscious of your are breathing. I have a terrible habit on some exercises of holding my breath and it definitely causes me issues. Also, listen to your body. Learn the difference…

2 of my closest friends are on MFP, but I'm not friends with them on here. They have similar goals (to maintain), mine are very different (to lose, a lot). I very much need the support of my MFP friends, but my real life friends just don't understand some of the struggles.
