I alternate bi weekly from 1 increased calorie day to 2 non consecutive increased calorie days. It really seems to work for me and eliminate a stall in weight loss. If you listen to music ... a trick I have used in the past is telling myself I am going to run til I hear the chorus. Then I walk and pick a new spot that I would run to. You are stronger than you think. Your mind may tell you different.

Well Welcome...I am certain you will find lots of love and support on here. Every journey begins with one step and good for you for taking that step. If I could offer any advice it would be to not look at any food as being good or bad. If you snack it...track it. No idea what craft beer is.

I'm following the Venus Factor. It really is just tracking your calories and on certain days and certain weeks you increase the # of calories you eat. For me this is something that is doable.
