Something that really drives me is setting goals. I think about (or you can actually make a list) of all of the things that would be great, better, easier, etc. about losing that weight. Until Christmas, I will not be having: Ice Cream (though I will cheat with frozen yogurt because ice cream is my favorite thing...ever), soda/pop, and any candy that is not pure dark chocolate. Also, I will be doing my best to make my 8 glasses of water a day, and to increase my vegetable intake! I am hoping this helps me..

As of Monday, I weighed 211. Which is 18 pounds heavier than I started out the summer after losing 35 last year :( So here's to hoping I can stick with it and get back on track!!
