I got a sportline HRM with a chest strap. Does anyone know if the calorie consuming bit is based per hour or per workout/lap? I'm trying to figure out if I burned 151 or closer to the 400 it lists? this was for 20 mins on an elliptical heart rate about 140-150 the whole time.

I love the Sarah Lee Whole Wheat with Honey bread. It is 90 cals for 2 slices and only 9 carbs after you subtract the dietary fiber.

I agree with you that sugar is probably the best idea... but being diabetic I am really happy to see sugar free things out on the shelves. I don't make a habit of eating a ton of sugar free products but I am happy they are out there. The newest "best" thing seems to be the Truvia. I just bought some to replace my Splenda…

I don't know if this will help but.... I really am not a huge fan of salads. I find that if I cut my vegetables up ahead of time and dip them in some kind of low cal dressing I prefer them that way. I've been told taht 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fat would be a good ratio. I am using 40% carbs 35% protein and 25% fat.

I had my first official NSV this last weekend :) I went to Victoria Secret in the mall and bought a 38 DD bra. I got it home and went to put it on the next day and realized it was a 36DD... I was ecstatic when I found out that it actually fit and still looked good!!! :D

So how is everyone doing on their shred??? I've gained 4 lbs and haven't seemed to lose any inches lol. However I feel soooo much more fit and my body feels tighter. Anyone else with these type of results?

I tried the Sugar free yellow cake mix with Diet Mtn. Dew. It tasted even better than a twinky in my opinion! Hubby who is a sweets junky really loved it :) Great recipe!!
