Heather - did you just get done with Phase 2 of HCG? I am done with my 6 weeks maintenance on the 25th and then I do one more 23 day round of HCG.

Sounds right to me, I went running outside with a friend yesterday (jogged/walked) and burned 1045 calories in 90 mins. :) You are good to go I would say!

Sadly for me today it was just getting in a workout period. I jogged/walked 5.5 miles yesterday (longest I have ever went). The day before that was my personal trainer. But I did manage to get in my P90 sculp 3- workout even if it was at 6pm.
