Perhaps it is your salt intake. what workouts do you do? Could you be gaining muscle and losing fat? Keep that in mind.

I would like to join the group. My starting weight as of 03/01/14 is 159.7 and hopefully I will see some decrease in the scale number.

I am 5 feet four and I am at 157 lbs. I would like to get to 145 but it seems to be elusive. I have been doing fitbit since April of 2013 and have lost only 5.9 lbs. I have been exercising and watching my food and have lost little lbs.

Hello I would love to join the group. Do I need to log my miles anywhere? I have to tell you I had back surgery about 8 weeks ago and am just getting back to exercise but I definetly need motivation.

I just had back surgery last Friday but normally do walk trails. Can you please tell me what I need to do and if it is possible to start in a month. Please give me info because I need friends to get back in shape. Thank you

I would love to join this challenge. However, I must tell you that I have a very difficult time losing weight. I have only lost 8 lbs since April and I will be getting back surgery in September. But I would love the challenge. So here I come.:smile:
