I'm gonna try it. I think it will be difficult without being able to track the calories while I'm cruising, but I'll be doing lots of walking and there's a fitness center on board, so maybe I can offset any extra calories with additional exercise. I'll be back on Friday with my start weight.

Thursday is weigh-in day at my house. Didn't lose this week, but yesterday was a bad day. It started out with a morning meeting for which I made zucchini bread. Thanks for your reply, Kelly. I'm cruising in the Eastern Mediterranean starting in Athens and stopping 2x in Israel, 2x in Egypt and 1x in Italy, finishing up in Rome. I'm very excited! I met the September goal on Saturday and hope to lose a couple more pounds before I head off on a cruise in October. I'd like to continue to lose while I'm on the cruise, but worry that there will be just too much temptation around. Anyone had experience with losin' while cruisin'?

I'll take that challenge, thanks. I find this site is a great way to track what I eat and by doing so, I've totally stopped evening snacking! Good luck to all.
