I have read all the replies. Thank you guys so much. Some days I would eat back my calories burnt during exercise. I think I will up my calories for a month and see how that goes. I'm so happy I saw this post I've been at the same weight for weeks now after loosing 47 pounds and I just worked out that 47lbs was 10% of my initial body weight. This week I have changed my gym routine so hoping to see some kinda of move in the right direction.

For the past two months I had been loosing and gaining the same three pounds then this week after a lot of pushing myself I upped my calorie intake from 1200 to 1400 and I have already lost 4lbs this week!

I spent the last three months staying the same weight so at the start of the week I upped my calorie intake from 1200 to 1400 and I have already dropped 4lbs in five days!

I lost 45lbs only eating 1200 but for the last two months have stalled so last week after some advice I upped my intake to 1400 and I couldn't believe in when I lost 4lbs in the first week. I was skeptic at first but the evidence for me proved different.

Hey there I'm twenty and my diary is open I aim to consume 1400 daily as I workout everyday I love being able to see what other people are eating to as I can see what maybe I can add to my food list! I shall add you.

I have a goal to get to 180 by the 21st of July as it will have been the first time I've seen my family in 22 months after working in America for two years they will be flying out to Disney World where I will join them and I want to look the best I ever have :)

I once made the mistake to have a yoghurt and a cup of tea and then realized the only time to fit a workout in was if I went straight afterwards...ergh I felt so sick. I normally have two pieces of wheat bread, pb and a banana before a workout.

So far everyday. I also come on to chat a lot during the day as I have a lot of free time. :D

I work out hard 6 times a week and normally take my rest day on a Sunday but I struggle to keep with it I find I feel guilty or antsy and end up going to the gym anyway even though I have seen for myself that when I take a rest day I have a good weigh in. Its good to take a rest day though for the muscles to repair.
