Feel free to add me! I'm a 20 year old nursing student. 1200 cal right now. I plan on working out 5-6 days a week, doesn't always happen because of exams and studying and such, but I'm trying to be a lot better!

Yes let's support each other! I've swam most of my life so the swimming I think it will be the least of my problems. I'm not a huge biker so I think that will be my hardest part because it's so long, but I think with training i'll be okay and my dad is a huge cyclist. I'm getting so pumped up thinking about it and planning…

Your problem is completely understandable! I'm a college student and it's final week as well. I actually should be studying right now haha *procrastination* but anyway I pull a lot of all nighters. It's really hard to stay under my calorie goal when I do especially because I tend to not exercise on those days because I…

So i found this formula on livestrong and it calculates how many calories you burn based on how long and how high your heart rate is. So when I was on a water break during insanity i…

I'm normally pretty tech savvy but how do you edit posts? I can't figure out how to do it but I'm also pretty out it from lack of sleep.

It's most likely due to a low blood sugar. I was on a very low carb diet last summer, eating mostly only veggies and lean meat and I would often feel like that after working out and sometimes without exercise. When I felt all weird and shaky, I would eat some berries (raspberries or blackberries) because they were lower in…

DON'T WORK OUT! Your body won't be able to handle it. When you gave blood they should have given you a piece of paper explaining everything to you, like eat well, stay hydrated, don't drink alcohol, rest etc. When I gave blood, i could barely get up three flights of stairs because it was so exhausting. I've noticed giving…
