Based on this I can date anything from 29.5 through age 83 My personal rule is closer to my age than my oldest son's age (he just turned 18) and closer to my age than my dad's (he is 65) which means I can date 31.5 through 55. with job and kids, though..who has time to date?

If he won't stand by you NOW, what other problems could come up that he won't support you and stand up for you through? LET HIM GO...better now than later. What is he going to think of you in 20 years when you get wrinkles and normal aging things? SCARY to me that he changed his tune about his families response. Nobody…

THIS! Well said. I know their first few models had issues with sweat causing them to break down before thier time...so the water/corrosion factor was an important fix. I haven't had a problem with the two that I have had. My Fitbit One fell into the sink while brushing my teeth. Grabbed it out, dried off, and haven't had a…

Water resistant so shouldn't be a big deal in showers, but NOT water proof for submersability. (ie: No swimming, diving, hot tubbing...)

I started with fitbit...then it started to split, so I upgraded to the fitbit one. Love it, except for the few times it has fallen out of the wrist band during sleep.. The alarm makes it much easier to find since linking with android! I rather like having it clipped to my bra. Not sure that I would switch to Flex...I think…

yup, my freshman in HS (9th grade) is doing P90X. He is the only one that can sort of keep up...My frustration is more that it is the start of his day and they don't leave enough time for EVERYONE to get showered and dressed in time for class. Yeah...nice to be known as the stinky kid your freshman year! (not my son, thank…

My whole thought on those blasted snooty shops is "What, my money doesn't spend as good as if I were thin? What If I was here to buy a GIFT for someone? Hope you work on commission, because you just lost out BIG TIME! Oh...and just so we are clear, I have a LOT of friends with money that will also NOT be shopping here when…

Women can't get bulky, we don't have the right hormones. Check out New Rules of Lifting For Women and/or Body By You (same author as You are Your Own Gym) (fabulous $1.99 app for smart phone) You are going to be stronger now because you are hauling around the extra weight now (it takes muscle to lift and move the extra).…

I work and am doing the whole single mom thing and can't afford to eat out and feed the teenage boys while maintaining a budget..So I totally get coming home at the end of the day and wanting EASY! My solution? CROCK POT!!! Make it the night before or get up early morning of and have it ready to go so it is a no-brainer…

Love my fitbit. Just recently started syncing wtth my android phone. I LOVE IT. I have heard of many people who contacted customer support and were given a complimentary replacement. My biggest problem is forgetting to plug it in every five days or so...

make it lifestyle choices you can live with and not an "overhaul" that you have to suffer through. That way, the weight loss will be permanent and not come back on when the "diet" is over. You can do this AND be happy....people do it all the time!

Born and raised La Crosse, Wisconsin (rode my bike across the bridge to petibone beach!) Moved various places around the US. My seattle friends tease that I'm from "Canada Light" (their name for Wisconsin...or maybe just me???) I'm in the St. Louis area now but still think of Wisconsin as home, dontchaknow! My brother is…

I read an article somewhere about metabolism being affected by hydration level...that even MILD dehydration will slow your metabolism. I read another article about drinking 16oz of COLD water first thing upon rising in the morning contributed to weight loss. Now if that was because of the body having to heat up that water…

I see it. I don't let it bother me. I feel a bit sad for them usually, because they are the same people that will be griping that they aren't losing anything by next week. Me, I overestimate my calories and underestimate my burn. Example, I went to a Pi-Yo class (yoga pilates mix) for the firs time today. Have NO idea how…

I know, RIGHT? I was walking the indoor track with a friend and an older guy in short shorts decided to stretch his hamstrings on one of the rails. I mean, thanks for not blocking the track by facing out as there are only two lanes, but if you are going to face into the track...Dude...tighty whiteys or boxer briefs, but…
